Therapy for adults navigating concerns related to sexuality, relationships, and motor vehicle accident-related challenges.
Welcome to a space where growth begins. I know that seeking therapy can feel scary and overwhelming, and by being here right now, you have already taken an important first step. I help people understand the roots of their patterns so they can create meaningful emotional change, not just logical insight. I’ll meet you with warmth, honesty, curiosity, and challenge, while supporting you in moving from feeling stuck and overwhelmed to feeling more empowered, connected, and grounded in yourself. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe to explore difficult experiences openly, build resilience, and develop practical tools that support lasting growth both inside and outside of therapy.
With me, therapy will be collaborative, non-judgmental, and responsive to your unique needs. I prioritize trust and the therapeutic alliance, while also supporting the development of practical skills and insight that can be applied in everyday life. My approach integrates psychodynamic therapy and CBT, creating space to better understand your experiences, manage distress, and navigate challenges related to emotional well-being, relationships, sexual health, or recovery following a motor vehicle accident. At its core, my work is about helping you move forward with greater confidence, particularly during times of overwhelm.
I work with adults navigating emotional and psychological challenges related to sexual health, intimacy, and relationship concerns, as well as individuals recovering from motor vehicle accidents and adapting to changes in daily functioning.
Sexual Health, Intimacy, and Relationships
I work with adults navigating concerns related to sexuality, intimacy, relationships, and emotional well-being. Many of the individuals I support are experiencing challenges related to sexual desire and arousal, orgasm difficulties, performance anxiety, intrusive thoughts, relationship conflict, avoidance behaviours, or feelings of shame and disconnection within themselves or their relationships.
I strive to create a space where clients feel comfortable exploring topics that can often feel vulnerable, misunderstood, or difficult to talk about openly. This includes supporting individuals exploring atypical sexual interests, kink and BDSM, sexual identity, intimacy concerns, and the emotional impact these experiences can have on confidence, connection, and overall well-being.
My approach focuses on helping clients better understand emotional and relational patterns while developing practical tools to improve communication, emotional regulation, self-awareness, and relationship satisfaction.
I support adults navigating a wide range of relationship, intimacy, emotional, and sexual health concerns in a warm, non-judgmental, and collaborative space. Some common concerns I work with include:
Orgasm difficulties
Low sexual desire and arousal
Performance anxiety
Erectile difficulties
Intrusive thoughts and feelings related to sexuality or intimacy
Sexual trauma and the impact it can have on relationships, confidence, and connection
Relationship and communication challenges
Anxiety and avoidance behaviours connected to intimacy or vulnerability
Exploring atypical sexual interests, kink, and BDSM in an affirming and respectful space
Emotional overwhelm, self-esteem concerns, and difficulties with connection or vulnerability
Motor Vehicle Accident Recovery and Trauma Support
A significant part of my work involves supporting individuals recovering from motor vehicle accidents and other overwhelming or traumatic experiences. The emotional impact of an accident can affect many areas of life, including anxiety levels, sleep, confidence, relationships, work, and day-to-day functioning.
I provide trauma-informed support that helps clients process distressing experiences, manage emotional overwhelm, and navigate the challenges that can arise throughout the recovery process. Together, we work toward rebuilding a sense of safety, stability, and confidence while developing coping strategies that support both emotional and psychological healing.
I support adults recovering from motor vehicle accidents (MVAs), trauma, and other overwhelming life experiences in a compassionate, trauma-informed, and collaborative space. Some common concerns I work with include:
Anxiety following a motor vehicle accident or traumatic event
Fear of driving, travelling, or being in vehicles
Panic attacks, hypervigilance, or feeling constantly on edge
Intrusive thoughts, flashbacks, or distressing memories
Emotional overwhelm, irritability, or difficulty regulating emotions
Sleep difficulties, nightmares, or ongoing fatigue
Difficulty returning to work, school, or daily routines
Changes in confidence, independence, or sense of safety
Relationship stress or social withdrawal following an accident or trauma
Chronic stress and the emotional impact of ongoing recovery
Feelings of disconnection, vulnerability, or loss of control
Coping with pain, physical limitations, or the emotional impact of injury

I work with adults navigating concerns related to sexuality, intimacy, relationships, trauma, and emotional well-being. Many of the individuals I support are experiencing anxiety, shame, intrusive thoughts, relationship difficulties, avoidance behaviours, or challenges feeling connected and confident within themselves or their relationships. Together, we focus on building greater self-understanding, emotional awareness, and practical coping strategies that support meaningful and lasting change.
A large part of my work involves creating a non-judgmental space where clients feel comfortable exploring topics that may feel vulnerable, difficult, or stigmatized. This can include concerns related to sexual health, intimacy, performance anxiety, atypical sexual interests, kink and BDSM, sexual trauma, and the emotional impact these experiences can have on self-esteem, relationships, and overall well-being.
Another core area of my work is supporting individuals recovering from motor vehicle accidents and other overwhelming experiences. Recovery can impact emotional health, confidence, relationships, and daily functioning in ways that are often difficult to navigate alone. My approach focuses on helping clients process distressing experiences, better understand emotional and relational patterns, and build tools that support healing, resilience, and a greater sense of stability moving forward.

The Person Behind the Therapist
What drew me to this work was a genuine passion for helping people feel understood, supported, and less alone in their struggles. From personal experiences, I became passionate about creating a safe, non-judgmental space where people can openly explore vulnerable or stigmatized topics. I have always been curious about human behaviour, relationships, sexuality, and emotional well-being, which naturally led me toward the field of psychotherapy. My approach is warm, honest, and collaborative, with a focus on helping clients better understand themselves, build confidence, and develop practical tools they can carry into everyday life.
